Question about my Xiaomi phone Redmi Note 5

Hi team,

To begin, I want to congrats you for your project! I am waiting for it for a long time!
My question is very simple : is /e/ OS compatible with a redmi note 5? I don’t know if my device is a pro or plus model and I can’t see redmi note 5 in the device list.
This is informations about my device:
Model : Redmi Note 5
Android version : 9 PKQ1.180904.001
Android security update : 2019-05-05
MIUI Version : MIUI Global 10.3.1 stable
Model name : MEE7S
Kernel version : 4.4.153-perf+

So far, eOS is based on the LineageOS’s releases, which only supports Note 5 Pro. However, try to post a question HERE just in case.

MEE7S it is whyred and its officially supported https://gitlab.e.foundation/e/wiki/en/wikis/device/whyred/info i have same but global version, you have chinese one.

Me too. I’ve got a Redmi Note 5 Model MEE7S with Android 9 PKQ1.180904.001, MIUI Global 11.0.0.0 (PEIMIXM), kernel 4.4.153-perf+, base band version MPSS.AT.3.3-00777-SDM660_GEN_PACK-1.209285.1.210383.1.

I have a spare Redmi Note 5 that I’d like to use to try installing /e/OS for the first time (I never did such operations). Is that possible?
I saw that the 5 Pro is supported but not the 5.

Here are the details:
