What is going on with Rainloop/murenacloud email client? It’s gotten to the point where I cannot even login to Rainloop without it failing throwing ‘Unknown error’ messages.

Today (Tuesday) the team is planning to remove the previous load balancer, which was causing a bottleneck. Services should improve post this.
The infra team further clarified …we again had unstable connections this afternoon, due to a misconfiguration when trying to migrate from system A to B. It seems to be recovered now and messages from this afternoon that were queued should be delivered to the inbox in the coming minutes & hours.
