When receiving calls, call window doesn't show

Hi, When my phone is unlocked and I receive a call, no call popup is displayed. When the phone is locked, it works. How do I fix this? I’m using a fairphone 6 and e/os 3.2-a15… Thank you

Dialer not showing on screen - incoming call

I’ve been have this same problem since at least A13 on both Pixel 7 and 7 pro devices. This is really starting to be a big bother to me! When a call comes in and regardless of whether I am using the system app dialer or a third party dialer it will not popover the screen and the “draw over other apps” permission is enabled for both the system and third party app. Any thoughts on this? The functionality works great on other ROMS I have tried. Very tired of having to fumble with the notificat…

I had this once (I don’t get many calls). And that Signal calls do generally not appear in the caller is an additional phenomenon.

But it should be the case that all incoming calls do appear in the notification area. And the notification should then have a read and a green button. So when you hear a ringtone and you don’t see the caller coming up the notification area is always your friend.

I have had the same issue occur on the FP5 on multiple versions up to 3.6 and it was never addressed or fixed by Murena. I have mentioned it in the patch notes topics and also there no answer.
