Dunno if @ronnz98 is still interested in these devices, anyway I’ve just discovered that XDA user czl92783719 published a LineageOS 21 [A14] build for wayne based on these resources:
According to the release post the mayor issue is the Camera (QCamera2 Compilation Issue) and Fingerprint, but may be certainly fixed.
