I had an app with stored data and accidentally deleted it.
Of course after reinstalling, all previous data is lost. This is just a basic login type of data.
Is there a way to restore the previous installed version of the app?

I am not sue if I understand you correctly but when you uninstall an app it is expected it to delete its data as it goes. When you reinstall the app it should not be significant what version you install, deleted data is deleted.
Maybe there are specific workarounds for certain apps if you name your app.
