In CalyxOS, there was a Bluetooth feature that helped protect privacy: disable Bluetooth if no devices are connected after X minutes: 1,2,5,10 were the options, if I recall correctly.
I usually set it for 2 minutes before timeout. This meant I could park my car and walk into a building without a bluetooth tracker seeing my phone. It was worth it to me to manually re-enable bluetooth when approaching my car afterwards.
