Running very recent software updates (or One UI 8+ versions) can restrict or permanently lock out this feature

That’s exactly what happened. One UI 8 android 16 is already installed
LTE is working (I switched from 5g to LTE and could surf smoothly). Bluetooth working for earphones but not for file transfer

Is that a recovery issue or does the ROM need a new update?
If my friend reboots his dm3q to (eOS)recovery, system cannot anymore boot until he flashes twrp. Then he can boot system without losing data.
