You can flash « magisk manager » using « TWRP »
You have 2 options, always with Magisk:
- Flashing from TWRP the Magisk ZIP, whenever you do not have encrypted the internal memory (or at least that the TWRP can decrypt it correctly).
- Obtaining previously the BOOT.IMG of the version of eOS for your device, that you are using. Then from the app “Magisk Manager” indicate that you want to install Magisk by patching the BOOT.IMG. With the resulting file ‘magisk_patched.img’, you flash it in the active BOOT partition.
