Hello everyone, a completely technically inexperienced person writes and asks for help. I am trying to download /e/os to my Galaxy 7 via the “easy-installer”. Everything runs fine until the installation should start. Then I get the message that Windows does not recognize USB (error 47). Can anyone help me? How do I get on?

Never used the easy Installer myself, but I manually flashed a S7.
Some Samsung devices require additional drivers on Windows, did you install them (check the installation guide for more information)?
I’m not sure if the easy installer has them bundled.

Other things that could be worth a try:
try different USB Ports, run installer as admin, stop your antivirus during installation
Edit: did you activate USB Debugging snd OEM Unlock?
