You can try this one… its untested:

e-0.23-p-20251205-UNOFFICIAL-a5ultexx.zip

or this:

e-0.21-o-20251206-UNOFFICIAL-a5ultexx.zip

Tested both, none works for me:

  • p results in entering fastboot mode on boot
  • o results in a bootloop

I’ve used this recovery (by DeadSquirrel01) to flash that works flawlessly for both lineage-18.1-20210831-UNOFFICIAL-a5lte.zip and crDroidAndroid-11.0-20210901-a5lte-v7.9.zip.
