S5 is not legacy. So my question is, which phone should I buy to replace it? I want if possible:
Replaceable battery
Cheap device, not necessary Samsung
Support at least 1 year from now
USB micro or USB-C
Fingerprint sensor, gyroscope, etc. like in S5

Hi anitaz
Lets see…
Replaceable battery
Points in the direction of a fairphone
Cheap device, not necessary Samsung
Not really Fairphone as they are not that cheap
Support at least 1 year from now
Fairphone
USB micro or USB-C
Fairphone
Fingerprint sensor, gyroscope, etc. like in S5
Fairphone (not sure about FP3)
So maybe you could take a look at a Fairphone4 or 3?
(FP5 seems not really ready yet)

Pixel 5 ticks all your requirements except the removable battery. Removable batteries were much more common with manufacturers when the S5 came out. You’ll really limit your options if the removable battery is a non-negotiable.

Thanks for replies. Unfortunately, it’s 5 times more expensive than S5. I will stick with S5 until apps die. Thank you!
