In Pre-Install Instruction #3, it is said “you will find a vbmeta.img in the extracted files.There is no *vbmeta* file in the 3 /e/OS community gts7lwifi download proposed (e-3.7.1-a16-20260416608883-community-gts7lwifi for example)
The only *.img files i find are: boot.img, dtbo.img, recovery.img and unsparse_super_empty.img
So the installation process stops here for me 
If not present in both 2 files provided by /e/, You could use those from lineage
Thanks to #piero using vbmeta from lineageOS worked.
I then had an other issue: I could’nt reach the recovery when following the doc procedure.

Voici ce qui a finalement fonctionné :
*Après avoir flashé recovery.tar, gardez l’USB branché et maintenez le bouton d’alimentation et le bouton de réduction du volume enfoncés pour quitter le mode de téléchargement (comme l’étape 2 de mon message d’origine)
Ensuite, sans lâcher le bouton d’alimentation, passez rapidement de la pression sur le bouton de réduction du volume à la pression sur le bouton d’augmentation du volume
Crucial : Sur l’écran du bootloader déverrouillé, relâchez puis, aussi vite que possible, appuyez à nouveau sur les boutons d’alimentation et d’augmentation du volume
Si vous avez été assez rapide, vous devriez démarrer dans la récupération de LOS
Sinon, vous démarrerez dans Android et devrez réessayer (en commençant par reflasher recovery.tar en mode de téléchargement)*
My Samsung Galaxy tab S7 (gts7lwifi) is now perfectly operational with /E/OS !
