Lors des appels téléphoniques le niveau du microphone est trop bas. Que puis-je faire ?

Hi, I had this issue with my refurbished S9 bought by the /e/ foundation also. Telefon conversations were hardly possible because of the low microphone level and a lot of spoken words were missing. Right now I am waiting for a S9 exchange device and I hope this problem is not a general issue with the S9.
