I’m running into an issue with my Fairphone 6 and an SD card
The problem:
I insert the SD card and get prompted to format it. I format it as “portable/external storage.” After that, it works fine and shows up in the file manager. But as soon as I reboot the phone using the standard “Restart” option, the SD card is no longer recognized — the format prompt appears again, and the card is missing from the file manager.
Key finding:
This only happens with a soft “Restart.” If I instead fully power off and then power on the phone, the SD card mounts correctly again every time.
Has anyone else run into this, or is there a known fix/workaround? Happy to provide logs if that would help debugging.
