Since a couple of weeks I can’t send emails from my murena.io email to outlook accounts as I get a message: “parts of your email domain are on our block list.”

Unfortunately, messages from [135.181.6.248] weren’t sent. Please contact
your Internet service provider since part of their network is on our block
list (S3150). You can also refer your provider to Troubleshooting. [Name=Protocol

I have the same problem. Very annoying.
Too may problems with e.email service.
First, some months ago, unable to send end receive mails during several weeks, and now that.
I will switch to something else as soon as possible.
I’d tend to “again” instead of “still” - but I can’t reproduce on e.email → outlook. At least not the S3150 error from earlier. What’s the bounce that you get?
I can send from murena.io and e.email to outlook without a bounce, though the same mail body+subject that lands e.email directly in the inbox lands mail from murena.io in Junk.
Mind S3150 is not a full block but means mail is being throttled, likely due to a receiving spike from murena. If it’s sustained and you have a paid murena account, I’d contact helpdesk.
