Immediately after update from 4.2 to 4.3 sending text messages stopped working. I tried to send text message many times and it never worked after the update. I cannot even respond to text messages that I receive. (Receiving text messages works fine). I have no issues with calling.
This is exactly the same problem as I reported for /e/OS v. 4.0. Here: #9454 The problem was not solved in 4.1.1 and was solved in 4.2. Now, in 4.3, the same problem reappeared.
The history of this problem with sending SMS on Samsung Galaxy S9:
