I will be receiving my FP6 today e/OS/ preinstalled. I am pretty exited!
On my current phone I am using Shelter to create a work profile but i saw newer Android versions offering a work profile by default. How would I create that work profile?
Background: I am installing FOSS apps in the personal profile, MicroG deactivated, and other apps on the work profile, MicroG activated but the work profile being paused while not using it.

Hi! Iâm also interested in this question. Especially as I have a pihole and would like to have different WIFI/DNS (because of pihole) settings for home and work/outside of home.
So far I see that there is an âowner/administratorâ profile and guest profile and that there is the possibility to make another profile from there?

An âunofficialâ approach might be still going via Shelter or Insular. Here is a comparison of Shelter and Insular.
I had Shelter installed on my old LineageOS device and never had any problem.
As mentioned earlier. You create a work profile and a personal profile. I only installed FOSS Apps on my personal profile, deactivated MicroG and used that as my main profile. Shelter gives you the possibility to pause work apps and I only activated them as soon as I needed them.
