I have been using /e/ on my SGS9 for a few weeks now and I have had reboots at random. Sometimes it will keep crashing and rebooting until I manually make it restart.
The device on:
/e/ OS 0.12-2020100176269,
model: SM-G960F
android version: 8.1.0
I haven’t been able to test this but I think the last couple of times the crashing/reboot loop started, I was connected to wifi, and then as I walked out of range of the wifi, the crashing/rebooting started. I don’t think that’s the issue though since I was on two different wifi connections when the crashing started.
Any advice on why this is happening/ how to fix it?
PS: I don’t know if this is somehow related but when I try to manually check for updates in Settings > About Phone > System updates, I get a message saying “The update check failed. Please check your internet connection and try again” even though I can use the browser to surf the web just fine.
