Hello, I would like assistance with 2 issues, one is that I cannot seem to enable silent mode (not do not disturb) on the phone, I turned of call sounds, no ringtone, vibrate only but somehow it still beeps when I receive a call? Second issue is that I downloaded contacts to the device without backing them up first so some are missing and I need to delete all of them and then redownload the updated vcf file with all numbers.. Help is appreciated thank you!
With the deletion, there is no ‘select all’ option, but I reckon in contacts (actual app, not in the phone app) you can select one and boxes start showing next to them - I’d go down the list selecting all one by one and then bin them all using the bin icon.
