Bliss is not very accomodating of “reorganisers”. I noticed no changes in 3.2 and I don’t see similar in the build-feedback thread.
Often if Bliss misbehaves all icons can be brought back to alphabetical organisation (without folders) and working order by
Settings > Apps > (See) All apps > Bliss launcher > Storage and cache > Clear storage.
