Then you may have to think if this is a case of not being fully connected to your carrier network. An /e/OS update can cause your APN to move to “presets”. Your carrier may have made small adjustments to their network which is somehow not currently reflected in your SIM card.

If you try Settings > :magnifying_glass_tilted_left: Search: Access Point Names > top right menu Restore Default.

Then switch to Airplane mode for 1 minute, and return to carrier network, this can (hopefully) update your SIM card. Is there any observed change?
