Hello everyone
I need the simplest phone for my mother who only knows her old 2G fliphone and this September 3G phones will become mandatory..
So l got her this Samsung A310 with a Lineage 19 on it and the sound of audio files is very low + screen goes black which is annoying..
So l installed various versions of lineage and e/os but the problem remains.. (unless l use earrings then its fine..) YouTube plays loudly and phonecalls do well too wether on speakers or not
( she loves SMS and calls but at 80 with her arthritis it is hard for her fingers and the whole family uses WhatsApp so l figured l’d get her to learn to send and receive audios, but the phone she uses has the screen broken and not very stable and will not last long…)
I think l have downloaded the right stock version of A310 because maybe l need to go back to its original android to properly diagnose the problem and what l should do about it.. ?
Any ideas welcome !!
