When clicking on the Connect button on the Installation 7 page, a popup window appears, stating e.foundation wants to connect to my device. My Moto device is detected; I highlight the device and click on the Connect button in the pop-up. Subsequently, the Connect button on the webpage beginning showing a spinning clock, but the Allow USB Debugging pop-up does not appear on my Moto as expected. The Connect button spinning clock continues for hours, with nothing appearing to happen, either on my desktop or the cell phone. There is nothing in the Download folder on the cellphone either. I followed all of the steps in the installation guide as directed.
Any suggestions would be appreciated.
