Sudden nonworking of banking authorization app

Hi!

Fairphone 6 with eos 3.2-a15-20251022539003-official-FP6 (no update available via updater)

App in question: VR SecureGo Plus

App version: 4.2.6 (426003) installed via App Lounge (no update available, GooglePlay shows version 4.2.6

This app acts as authorization app for my main banking account/app. Used for logging in, authorization transactions etc.

I used it for months, suddenly stopped working. v4.2.6 is from 3rd December. Maybe something changed there? I dont use it every day, could be that it stopped working with this version.

My old phone with a way older version works still fine. (S10+ with LOS 20 Android 13)

The auth password i use is correct.

The error i get is “Funktion aktuell nicht verfügbar. Die Funktion steht aktuell nicht zur Verfügung. Bitte versuchen Sie es später erneut.”

Something like “Function not available right now. Please try again later.”

What can i do? Where to start debugging? Do i need to contact the developers? I did not find any information about this issue so far….

Today 3.3 came in. Sadly does not change the error :frowning:

Did you :magnifying_glass_tilted_left: already? I see this SecureGo Plus App stopped working and also

There are other forum threads. If you can collect a logcat you might get further clues.

I have the same issue unfortunately… Did you find out more about this?
