Synchronisation has been failing for 24h and counting

Hi,

I would like to mention that I’m facing sync issues : my whole murena account faces sync error, from a fairphone 5 using /e/ 3.6

I tried to re-enter my auth creds, bu I get “creds error” after a looong time contacting serveur.

Thing is : I have OTP 2FA enabled, it’s been working for 2 years, (and no, I won’t disable 2FA in 2026, let’s be serious.), I don’t know if this can be related.

I cannot give an informed answer but from my experience it is easily possible to get passwords “in a mess”. I believe the recent introduction of Re-authenticate has the chance to harmonise the password situation.

Hi

I was having synchronisation issues, so I reset my account, and now I am locked out of Murena desktop on my laptop and the Murena account on my phone and cannot find a way back in on either. On the laptop, it sends an authenticator code that never arrives. And the phone will not accept my password, which I know is correct, and now it is also saying it will send an authorisation code, which never arrives. I can’t even access this forum on Firefox; I am having to resort to Chrome, which is ironic.
