Hello! So the new update got detected and I wanted to to download it but it says that i need to check my internet connection and that there is no internet, but I’m connected perfectly well to the internet, what do I do?
It is failing for me to even check for the updates so I don’t even get that there is a download. I am on Galaxy S8.
Could this be related to the eCloud update happening now?

Ah, I didn’t have a clue about the eCloud update. You might be right! Thanks for pointing it out!

According to this: https://status.ecloud.global/ it should be operational now. Still getting the failed update message

Working now on my end. Downloading the update at the moment.
