my brand new teracube 2e fingerprint it is not detected.
I got the phone on a swap after the failure of the old one. The phone came with /e/OS 3.3 installed. On the previouse zone (/e/OS 3.2) iit worked nornally….

Fingerprint reader not working

I have a Teracube from Murena. As it was broken I sent it back for repairs and got a replacement. Unfortunately it seems there is an issue with the fingerprint reader. I can’t find any settings for it, see attached screenshot. The OS version is 3.2 I searched the discusson board and my findings suggested this a hardware problem. Is that the case or could it also be a software issue that can be fixed? [Screenshot_20251201-090427_Settings]
