Tracfone AT&T not working on new Mur Teracube 2e

Greetings, After 1.5 hours with Tracfone yesterday, phone still will not make or receive calls or do wifi calling. Will send/receive texts and connect to wifi. Tracfone AT&T SIM card seems okay. Suggestions? Am not a techie but would try fixes that are not too complicated. Thank you for your help, Robert, USA

Greetings again, I read the various strings on AT&T and am adding AT&T APN suggested by Sharad … won’t know if it works until am back in cell service range (living in a remote area). Thanks, Robert in USA
