I have no experience in user friendly ways, so that can be misleading if I camp in those threads.
The more friendlier way to do ios migrations is using a secondary “stock Android” and use Android Switch, the official solution, see this - (How) Can I Transfer iMessages and Whatsapp Chats From iPhone? - #2 by tcecyk - then go stock Android to /e/OS Android with more userfriendly Apps available.
You can use libimobiledevice from Windows too (unofficially / packaged) - but it will still require commandline use. But it will be only worth it if you find something that handles the extracted sms.db
