I bought the FP6 from the fairphone store, pre-installed with /e/OS. I’m currently on 4.0.0 a15.
I want my phone to have three modes:
- normal / no mode → all notifications make a ping and wake up the display
- only calls → everything is silenced, expect phone calls (this is basically my default)
- do not disturb → no notifications, ringing, nothing (f.ex. in the cinema)
Normal and DND is working, but I’m having trouble with my Only Calls mode. I’ve set it up how I think it should work. But it is not behaving accordingly:
If my phone is locked, an incoming call
- is waking up the display
- but is not vibrating
- is not ringing
- is only ringing, when the phone has recently been unlocked (last hour or so)
- does a ping for the missed call notification afterwards
This is driving me nuts, because I’m missing calls left and right.
