Hi everyone, I use a Samsung S9 with /e/OS for years. I recently fallen into the swimming pool with my phone. It still works but badly, and I bought another S9, strictly the same to swap. /e/OS is installed and all the apps. Then I tried to create the work profile with Shelter as I did years ago ith my first S9 under /e/OS. Unfortunately the phone reboot during the work profile creation. I tried with Insular, it was the same behavior. After the reboot, if I launch Shelter again, it refuses to do anything with a message because the work profile exists in the settings, but it is unusable. If I delete the work profile and run Shelter again, the same issue occurs again and the phone reboot during the profile creation. Anyone has an idea please?

J’utilise un Samsung S9 avec /e/OS pendant des années. Je suis récemment tombé dans la piscine avec mon téléphone. Ça marche encore, mais mal, et j’ai acheté un autre S9, exactement le même pour échanger. /e/OS est installé et toutes les applications. Puis j’ai essayé de créer le profil de travail avec Shelter comme je l’ai fait il y a des années mon premier S9 sous /e/OS. Malheureusement, le téléphone redémarre pendant la création du profil de travail. J’ai essayé avec Insular, c’était le même comportement. Après le redémarrage, si je lance à nouveau Shelter, il refuse de faire quoi que ce soit avec un message parce que le profil de travail existe dans les paramètres, mais il est inutilisable. Si je supprime le profil de travail et exécute Shelter à nouveau, le même problème se produit à nouveau et le téléphone redémarre pendant la création du profil.
