Unable to find or use Venmo at all

To make matters worse I’m not able to transfer the funds from my account when I log in with a PC. I contacted support on their end but who knows what they will say but I’m pretty sure it’s not going to be helpful.

I can’t find the venmo app on fdroid or aurora. Is this a serious issue?
