Unable to log in

Hi,
I have a FairPhone 3 with e installed. I HAVE AN EMAIL xxxyyyyy@e.email that work (I’ve already checked).
How can I access to the cloud? I’m unable to reset psw and I’ve not help to reset psw. Every time I try to reset it I receive an error.
can someone drive me to access the cloud (simply the link) and to reset psw?

You can try logging in here . It has a password reset option. If you have already tried all these methods, you can send a mail to helpdesk@e.email and the team will help you further.
