Unable to send e-mail from Murena adress

Hi, Since yesterday, I can no longer send emails from my Murena address. I got this message from the server : La réponse du serveur a été : Matched map: LOCAL_BL_FROM I have a Murena premium working plan. I contacted customer service, but received no response and it’s really annoying. How can I resolve this situation ?
