For some reason my device can’t find the OTA update to 3.1.3, I’ve been manually refreshing for days.
Any idea how I can force it to find the update so I can use the slider again?
Tried: Toggling all update settings, manually refreshing, reboot

Indeed, 3.1.3 has been removed from the servers. So you won’t get it.
Instead, there will be the next update 3.1.4 which will be released these days, by next week at the latest.
Does FP6 use a different OTA server?
Because this here still applies …
I know 3.1.4 is coming anyway, just curious.

Availability of 3.1.3 fp6 was observed earlier today on Django. Indeed a download appeared to start here … but … no comment made.
They took it away. I baffles me why.
I have community 3.1.3 installed and yet there is only 3.1.1 available after the removal which has the IMEI bug…
Any updates on the situation, recwntly installed e os on my fairphone 6 but it is unusable due to IMEI bug. Pretty annoying as it took so long for me to work out how to install and now it doesnt even work as a phone
3.1.3 will be replaced by 3.1.4, the latest update is Feedback for v3.1.4 - #26 by Manoj.
For more insight it will be worth reading the latest Weekly development-updates thread. There will be an update there (Week 39) within 24 hours.
Im currently still on 3.1.1 is this because .2 and .3 were removed prior to me installing the os lastnight?
Hmmm … yes. It has been something of a troubled journey for new fp6 users (and customers). You might check the story here Feedback for v3.1.1.
Loosely speaking these builds have all been “subs” of 3.1 and it seems only 3.1.1 remains on the servers /e/OS official FP6 download (quoting official)
I installed the community build, was this the right thing to do or would i have been better with the official? Maybe wouldnt of had these problems?
I only quoted official as that seems the majority of users. I guess there is not much divergence between Different Build Types for FP6 as devs have probably mainlined on Murena devices rather than “practice and perfect” with community, just my opinion.
USA users seem particularly to suffer with current bug(s).
Yeah, the last several “updates” have been broken. Between this and murena sending people’s voice data to open ai without telling anyone, idk how much longer I’m going to stick with /e/. This is getting ridiculous
