j’ai une difficulté à unlock mon MOTO G7 PLUS XT1965-3.
J’ai suivi le protocole indiqué sur le portail Moto, mais, la commande :“fastboot oem get_unlock_data” , ne me renvoi qu’UNE ligne et non cinq comme “prévue”:

=> Le code n’est pas fonctionnel et s’affiche un message d’échec : “Your device does not qualify for bootloader unlocking.” Ce qui ne devrait pas être le cas concernant ce modèle.

I have issue to unlock my MOTO G7 PLUS XT1965-3.
I did follow the protocole within the webportal, BUT, the command :“fastboot oem get_unlock_data” , return only one line

(bootloader) Unlock data:
(bootloader) 483339006D6F746F2067280000#3943 =>And the code is not working which shall be working and returns a failed message instead : “Your device does not qualify for bootloader unlocking.” which is also wrong regarding the device.
