Hi, thank you for this work, I’m trying to see how to install this on a A53 that has been updated to One UI 8.
On this version the Unlock OEM switch is not available anymore…
Do you have any good link on how to solve this ?
Is it possible to install on such One UI 8 an older One UI 7 to get the setting back ?

Thank you

Hello @j_c, Welcome to the /e/ users forum.

not sure if this tip is still valable :

Sadly I think it’s different here, They seem to have removed the option in One UI 8…
I’ve started to read things about Combination firmwares, but I don’t know if it can solve the problem here…

i have switched from my Galaxy s4mini to a Fairphone 3 18 months ago as daily, and even i keeped my childs Galaxy s4, i have no experience with recent Samsung devices.
But i have read on XDAforums that “One UI 8” is a serious issue regarding Custom OSes.
