great ronnz for you to package this. The xda thread has positive feedback on VoLTE. It seems audio routing can be left dysfunctional after a call. krazy tests against telefonica / o2 germany, ymmv with other providers.
The ims part is based on phh ims (via amikhasenko) but a few hundred commits ahead. The readme there is pretty verbose on how to debug.
(as commits are Signed-off-by, this looks like an LLM looking at the gsm spec and looping on debug? curious how that works)
If you are experiencing any issues with VoLTE during calls, please first test if you have the exact same problems using the latest PhhIms package: PhhIms-latest
The performance is improved since last time however the ui still stutters sometimes, the VOLTE patch works for both volte and vowifi however if i initiate the call the sound stops after about a second, if im the one getting called it works fine but the audio goes silent if i put it on speaker tested with Cosmote Telekom GR and Vodafone GR, while unrelated to this build i thought i would give some feedback.
My question is would it be possible to intergrade the IMS patch on earlier versions too such as A13 or 14? the galaxy s9 struggles on A16 especially the small one with only 4gb ram but will run pretty well with the official A13 builds or maybe on older devices such as the s8 on A13, thanks!
Thank you for your feedback, but this is related to the sources, not the build, unless I didn’t understand in which way what you report is specific to /e/OS build?
