This TWRP message might be misleading, but I definitely have the model SM-T595 (gta2xllte), identified by an IMEI + phone number:

I can’t help you at AOSP code level, so I’ll try with a few words:
The original source code of @UDPSendToFailed is based on the Wi-Fi hardware SM-T590 …

…This means that the LTE modem will not be usable in this ROM, and the device will appear as SM-T590 everywhere.
Somehow the identifier should be changed to SM-T595 …
