As per the latest feedback from nullpointer, A16 builds are stable on his side (with Derpfest):

I use a lot my Pad 6 to watch video streams. And sound is crucial :D
I came ac… ross a few UX points:
1) Would it be possible to have finer grained volume steps?
At night, I'm using the volume a little lower (step 3 or 4), which may be a little too low for some dialogs and a little too high for the movie music. However, the step above (4-5) is then too high :/
So I find myself almost continuously switching the volume, which drives me crazy.
Adding "half-steps" ("3.5,4.5") should solve
2) I've not found yet the settings equivalent to what I had before, with the stock rom, and using the Dolby part.
Volume leveler and Dialogue Enhancer makes a kind of sinusoid, with the sound going from too low to too high, almost continuously.
3) I'd need to recheck, but the Dolby Atmos Profile seems not persisted, and always back to Movie/Video, which is generally my default.
4) Most optimal settings: do you have better?
I've tested almost all combinations, but for now, I'm using the following, which are the most satisfactory I reached:
* Dolby Atmos: On
* Profile: Movie/Video
* Graphic equalizer: Off
* Intelligent equalizer: Off
* Speaker virtu: On
* Dialogue enhancer: Off (seems to provide no difference)
* Bass enhancer: Off
* Volume leveler: Off
5) I may also bother you later on the translations of Dolby Atmos, if it's possible :D

I still have 2 days before losing access to my Dev PC for weeks… so i won"t then be able to test ROMs… especially these A16 builds that were not stable.
