First attempt was a dirty flash over your e-2.7-u-20250116-UNOFFICIAL-mido.zip and a factory reset was a mess: stuck in a middle e-recovery loaded with lots of errors behind.
Second one: reinstall twrp from zeelog, fomat all partitions and clean install.
Every thing is nice, thanks again @ronnz98 !!
Thanks so much for offering eOSv4 so quickly after it was announced. Even more so for âourâ old midos!
I almost didnât see it, because you âhidâ it in this old thread⌠It was pure coincidence that I wanted to âtinkerâ with my midoâŚ
Why not open a new one including the adequate âmido eOS4 (Android15)â so more people are made aware of your accomplishment?
And maybe add a quick/tiny installation-âbest-practiceâ for Newbies or people like me who tinker with eOS only every other 12-18 months (and do get âAndroid amnesia). Please? Pretty please?
This time I had to use an old micro-SD card because with TWRP (twrp_3.7.0_12-0-mido) I could make work neither âadb sideloadâ nor âadb pushâ (which worked last year if I can remember)âŚ
