I thougt you G4 was UsU unlocked, ´couse if you install like in your tutorial, you must have one stepp more. This stepp is flashing the Baseband in TWRP, “H815_UsU_baseband_flash-in-twrp.zip”, otherway you wont have no connectivity to internet no SIM card detection, and more, without the Baseband. HereYou can download it. It´s crucial that you don´t forget this stepp bevor or after ROM install.
