Hello
I cannot update or install apps anymore.
I tried :

  • disconnect and connect
  • empty cach and storage
    It still doesn’t work :frowning:

The default App Lounge seems to have problems from time to time. There is this App Lounge FAQ . Taking each step and reboot the phone after each step and turn off all Advanced Privacy might bump it into effective use again.

In my experience the step in the FAQ where you logout of App Lounge, clear storage and accept T&C again plus reboot can be important.

The FAQ also mentions try later – is quite important not to keep spamming App Lounge in a problem period. Be prepared to run the above and wait an hour or more, or try to guess a “less busy time”.

Are you on a fully up to date build? App Lounge has seen updates over the past 3 months, say.
