When I got my Murena FP6, I configured a Murena workspace account, which automatically created a webdav mount inside the Files app. But when I try to upload files to the Murena cloud via this webdav mount, it will always result in files with 0 byte size. The files show up in my cloud directory and their name is correct, but their size is exactly 0 byte, and they are completely useless.
Searching the internet for a fix, I found some information (e.g. this older thread in the forum) which says, that it is mainly a server side issue (Nextcloud configuration). So I wonder, why this isn’t fixed yet by Murena or - in other words: Why do they give me a webdav directory that will not work?
Does anybody know if there are plans to fix this issue (@Manoj )?
Or is there a workaround to get this working despite of the existing server configuration?
So this is interesting. I gave up on that issue and I also thought that it has to do with my old account and the server issue that happened a while ago. But reading you’re on a new account with same problem makes me think that this has to be addressed somehow by the team!
Thanks, but no. This is what happens automatically when you configure your Murena account. It does show up in my Files app, but it will only create 0 byte size files on my cloud storage.
