URGENT accidentally deleted account

I just accidentally deleted my account, please recover it. My email is my recovery email.

Where did you delete it, on the smartphone in the account section? Or did you choose to delete your account on muren cloud web access?

If the second, then you need to ask for help at the helpdesk. But usually deleted means deleted…

I already sent message to helpdesk, but the website says it’s only for paying customers :man_shrugging:
Message said disabled, not deleted.
