the UPS box was properly sealed, the white murena box had two out of two broken seals.
How this can happen?

Thank you Manoy. I already had done so before but was informed that a reply could take 5 days.
I would be very glad as a customer who paid more than 600 Euros for this device, if I could expect a quick response and interaction in order to solve this issue within hours rather than days.
Pl share the ticket # and I can request the team to respond ASAP. It should not take 5 days now. I was told the current response time is 2-3 days.
