I forced stopped it, but when I return by default its turned back on.

What is this, why is this on e os, why can’t I remove it, and why wasn’t I notified of its existence?
Its a hard to find “app”. I found this by accident. Are there more of these kind of apps? Does this has to do with the open ai data collecting e os has been involved in? If so, why can’t I opt out, and how do I know it is not collecting data anyway.
Privacy OS’s should not include ai data collection.
