When I receive a call in WhatsApp, the app doesn’t always play the ringtone or vibrate and I’m missing calls. Sometimes it rings, sometimes it doesn’t. How do I fix this?
I’m using a fairphone 6 and e/os 3.2-a15…

but in all cases, a notification by whatsapp is shown while it should ring?
Got the same problem but I only noticed it with messages. BUUUT: My wife who uses regular Android has the same problem so I guess its not eOS related.
My mum and sister have the same problem, both with a FP3… and it’s been the case for months now. We tried everything in whatsapp and phone settings, nothing works. It’ really annoying !
Let me pass this feedback to the developers and get back with their response
