When does /e/ get a ANBI status for donating money?

Hello /e/ users,

Does anybody know when /e/ gets a ANBI status?
AMBI is useble will give donators a tax benefit, and will result higher donations since people can get a part of their donation back on their tax bills.

I would like to donate too, and I think it is a good thing that /e/ signs up for it in the future.

Gr.
Dave

Hi @Dave_Hulst will check on this and update. This may be country specific and also valid only for large donations I guess.

Dear Manoj,

External organisations outside The Netherlands can register too. Registration is possible for organisations within the whole EU, Aruba, Curaçao, Sint Maarten, Bonaire, St. Eustatius and Saba.

As far as I know, organisations in countries like France and United States can apply for a ANBI status too in their own countries. In The Netherlands is no minimum price requirement for donating, the only real requirement is that the money is donated within a annual period of minimal 5 years, and there need to be an agreement between the organisation and the donator on paper. For becoming a organisation with ANBI status there are some requirements before you can apply. You can find the requirements here: http://tiny.cc/q3oddz
