To contact the helpdesk you have to use the form at Contact Us if not already done. Once you register your issue there, you should get an automated mail with the ticket number. The team members usually respond within 2-3 days due to the number of requests

In previous posts, i have mentioned my support from the helpdesk and i have an update. I have had some concerns lately and just answered the survey. What a great job they did.! A question regarding a warrantee replacement phone and a second question which dates back to 2023 and my official record on file. Mona was just introduced to me, virtually of course, solved two issues within an hour. Thank you Mona.
This is something i have learned. These are very, very busy people. The best way to get help is…Be patient. Send your problem and wait, don,'t keep bugging them. Check and see if perhaps its been corrected. Sometimes they work in the background with no feedback. Just be patient. They will contact you again.

Settings options seem to have reverted back to a period when i asked (and it was corrected) why almost very option included gogul options
I was concerned about Workspace however, read an announcement from you…just wait?
I keep getting error messages at the end of a text conversation - Mediatek.
